[Case Study Part 2] The Currently Notable 'Agriculture and Welfare Collaboration' Vegetable Cultivation System

Collaboration between Employment for People with Disabilities and Agriculture: A Vegetable Cultivation System Specialized in Employment Support for People with Disabilities. *Due to its great popularity, the second installment of case studies is now being presented!

In today's world, where work environments and ways of working are diversifying, companies are now required not only to pursue profits but also to consider how they can contribute to society. In 2011, our company developed a "fully artificial light vegetable cultivation system" based on the technology we have accumulated so far. Primarily focused on small-scale vegetable factories producing about 500 plants per day, we offer custom-made solutions tailored to customer needs, allowing for easy implementation with low initial investment and space-saving designs. This initiative has gained attention as a new environmentally conscious approach towards a sustainable society. Additionally, it has attracted attention as a support system for employment of people with disabilities, contributing to the overall diversification and maturation of local communities. There are numerous successful implementations across the country, providing new job opportunities for facilities already supporting people with disabilities, as well as for companies in other industries looking to start employing individuals with disabilities. This time, we will introduce the flow leading up to the operation of the vegetable factory, which was not part of the first phase, along with actual implementation examples! We support all aspects of vegetable factory operations, from 'production, sales, to management' beyond just equipment installation! *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
